Job description
You will provide first- and second-line IT support to staff and students, ensuring systems run smoothly and technical issues are resolved efficiently. The role is hands-on and varied, supporting day-to-day operations as well as contributing to longer-term improvements in IT provision., * Providing responsive IT support across the school
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Supporting classroom and office technology, including laptops, desktops, printers, and interactive screens
- Managing user accounts, devices, permissions, and basic network access
- Assisting with system updates, backups, and routine maintenance
- Supporting data protection, cybersecurity, and safeguarding procedures
- Liaising with external IT providers where required
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment, faults, and resolutions
