Job description

This role sits within the Customer Success Office, a team central to ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their ERP investment. What will you be doing?

  • Providing application support to customers using a broad ERP platform covering Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, BI, and Supply Chain modules
  • Responding to technical and operational queries, documenting issues, and driving them through to resolution
  • Troubleshooting system behaviour and identifying optimal solutions across varied business scenarios
  • Translating customer business requirements into clear technical understanding
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer support experience
  • Managing multiple support requests while maintaining strong customer communication and satisfaction

Requirements

  • A strong interest in technology with a logical, methodical approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a wider support team
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, empathetic customer-focused manner
  • Able to work under pressure and manage customer expectations effectively
  • Experience with ERP, accounting, or business management software or
  • A degree or qualification in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business or
  • Strong financial and management reporting knowledge with solid commercial awareness

Desirable (but not essential - training provided)

  • Working knowledge of databases such as SQL Server or MySQL, including basic SQL scripting
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as FTP/SFTP, SSL certificates, REST or SOAP APIs, Postman, SoapUI, Excel, and CSV files
  • Exposure to third-party integrations, EDI, logistics, warehouse management, CRM, e-commerce, or BI systems
  • Experience supporting accounting or ERP platforms in a customer-facing environment
