Software Support Agent

Are you a motivated, technically minded and driven person with an interest in pursuing a career in the Software, IT and Technology industry? We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team. We are a market leader within the Garage management software for the automotive industry.

Garage Hive is a young company but has already established itself in the industry as innovative, community driven and dynamic. Whilst providing software and business tools that help independent garages across the UK, Ireland and South Africa to keep improving and growing their businesses we ensure each individual relationship with our customers is personal and unique.

You will be working directly with our existing support team to assist all existing customers with any questions and queries relating to their Garage Hive system and other Microsoft products that they may be using. You will also be involved in supporting updates to the system following roll out to customers.

Also be involved in our yearly conference where customers and suppliers will be attending.

There'll be lots of on the job training provided, and you'll be based in a supportive, mentoring environment where you are able to learn the industry.

An IT qualification would be beneficial but not necessary. You need to be able to show that you have a desire to pursue a career in IT, and a real passion for learning new skills, solving problems and self-development.

This role will be office based with working hours between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday plus rotating Saturdays 8am-1pm working from home or office whichever would be preferred.
