Job description

  • Interact with students through phone and email addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Manage and maintain sensitive student information in physical and online files.
  • Perform administrative duties relating to students' programs.
  • Work with allocated groups to encourage good attendance, punctuality, and academic good practices
  • Ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of the college.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a GCSE?, For Student Support you need to be empathetic, flexible and show a desire to help others., You will be personable and enjoy working as part of a team. There are different possibilities available within the college for employees who demonstrate an ability to achieve results., * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially telephone manner

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Experience using Moodle is desirable, however, training will be provided.
  • Experience with Student Finance is desirable, however, training will be provided.
