Job description
- Interact with students through phone and email addressing their questions and concerns.
- Manage and maintain sensitive student information in physical and online files.
- Perform administrative duties relating to students' programs.
- Work with allocated groups to encourage good attendance, punctuality, and academic good practices
- Ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth running of the college.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a GCSE?, For Student Support you need to be empathetic, flexible and show a desire to help others., You will be personable and enjoy working as part of a team. There are different possibilities available within the college for employees who demonstrate an ability to achieve results., * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially telephone manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience of providing excellent customer service
- Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft tools
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
- Experience using Moodle is desirable, however, training will be provided.
- Experience with Student Finance is desirable, however, training will be provided.
