Change Management Consultant - Agile WoW

Candidates should have consulting experience in Change management, be well versed in Agile ways of working and Jira process flows. The role is to Undertake Discovery phase and agree the scope definition. Design and build enhanced Operating models and a supporting organisation structure Follow Agile principles and ceremonies, designing workflows and implementing automation

We require previous experience of:

Change Management within a product design company. Operating model design. Strong Agile experience, particularly with Ways of Working (WoW) models Advisory Consulting experience Excellent comms, confident dealing with senior stakeholders
