Job description
The IT Operations Analyst ensures the operational stability, performance, and security of the local IT environment. This role supports business continuity by maintaining all on-site IT systems, delivering high-quality technical support, and contributing to the implementation of IT projects and improvements. The mission is to enable efficient, secure, and reliable IT operations that meet user needs and support the organization's strategic objectives. Key Objectives of the Role:
- Ensure operational continuity of local IT at the site level.
- Proactively drive local IT operational improvements and standardization.
- Participate in and execute local IT operational and functional projects.
- Manage, plan, and execute hardware refresh activities (PCs, peripherals, network equipment, etc.).
- Provide support for local IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Install, administer, and manage computer software, licenses, and drivers.
- Ensure data security through computer fleet management and Backup & Disaster Recovery operations.
- Support and participate in local IT projects and deliver IT services to business initiatives.
- Ensure overall operational stability, performance, and reliability of IT systems at the plant.
- Understand and respond to business and user requirements across all IT-related topics.
Key Performance Indicators:
- No aging tickets.
- Ticket satisfaction survey score > 4.
Key Year-One Deliverables:
- Full knowledge transfer on all local infrastructure.
- Full autonomy in performing the role of on-site IT support.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong knowledge of Windows Client / Windows Server operating systems (UNIX is a plus).
- IT Security skills (Antivirus, Patching, Cybersecurity, Prevention).
- Experience with Active Directory, Cisco network equipment, and database management systems.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Office tools.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience implementing IT processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Very good command of English.
