We are seeking a Project Manager/Change Manager who will be able to spend 4-5 days per month at the client's premises in Switzerland. Requirements * 10+ years in international IT plus 5-10 years IT strategy/transformation and PMI/M&A. * Excellent communication and facilitation in German and English; high ownership and executive presence. * Proven setup/operation of PMO/PMI governance and Architecture Review Boards. * Designs operating models and org structures, and leads stakeholder centric change roadmaps. * TBM experience or strong IT cost modeling / synergy tracking / FinOps understanding. * BI & data skills: Power BI/Tableau, SQL/Excel; KPI definition and reporting. * Performance testing skills for containers and ETL processes. * Security protocol testing (mTLS, custom IAMs, SSO). * Experience with hybrid deployment models (cloud + on-premise). * IoT data validation skills, including handling time-delayed sensor data and correlation. * Frontend testing experience with React.js applications. * Proficiency in working directly with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, NocoDB, ArangoDB). * Experience in testing asynchronous software (Push notifications, Webhooks, Events, Websockets). * Hands-on experience with automated test pipelines, including integration with nightly or continuous build environments. * Experience executing live validation tests (e.g., artificial or smoke tests) in production-like environments, ensuring system stability and data integrity. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within CI/CD workflows. * Proficiency with DevOps or GitHub-based workflows (pipelines, environments, build integrations)., Ready to build the future
