Requirements
Cloud. * Monitor system health, manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with best practices and governance. * Assist with email, SMS, WhatsApp and push notification setup, testing, and deployment-keeping deliverability and engagement top of mind. Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in CRM and email marketing system implementation, with at least 3 years hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Skilled in connecting Marketing Cloud to external systems such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Core Cloud, Data Cloud, PIM/DAM. * IT background, master preferred. * Practical experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) and building targeted, real-time customer experiences. * Strong platform administration, user management, and troubleshooting skills. * Able to turn business needs into scalable, future-proof technical strategies. * Experienced in managing external partners and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget. * Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is a nice to have. * Collaborative, analytical, and results-driven with stakeholder management skills.
