Job description
For our specialized team, we are looking for a L3 Engineer for the bank's Client Lifecycle Management system, you will be the key expert for Level 3 support, ensuring consistent and accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities

Escalation Ownership: Take end to end ownership of complex severity incidents including remediation.

Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep debugging across the stack (Access apps,ASP.NET Core APIs, services, T-SQL, stored procedures).

Fixes & Hardening: Design and implement production grade hotfixes and longer-term code changes.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Author playbooks/runbooks, support guides, and post mortems.
Requirements
Do you have experience in T-SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Competencies ( 5 years experience)
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5-8+ years in software engineering or production support.
- .NET Expertise: ASP.NET Core, C#, REST APIs.
- SQL Expertise: Advanced T SQL, analyze complex store procedures.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Incident Management: Proven track record managing Sev1/Sev2 incidents, conducting RCAs, and implementing durable fixes.
Nice to Have Skills
Microsoft Access Experience, net,c#.net,sql,cloud devops
