Job description

Our Internal IT Support Technician ensures smooth operations by delivering fast, reliable technical support to our ATS team. You'll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, keep systems performing at their best, and help maintain a high level of user satisfaction across the organization.

What is the Key Responsibility of This Role?

  • Be the go-to problem solver: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues fast to keep the business running smoothly.
  • Deliver top-notch support: assist users via phone, email, or in person and keep satisfaction scores sky-high.
  • Keep systems healthy: perform updates, patches, and security checks to prevent downtime.
  • Share knowledge: create clear documentation and train staff on new tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate and innovate: work with the IT team to improve processes and contribute to exciting projects.
  • Own the tech: manage IT assets, monitor networks, and ensure security across devices and systems.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid Flexibility - Split your time between home and the office for the best of both worlds.
  • Expect to visit ATS offices 2-3 times per week to stay connected with the team.
  • Standard business hours apply, but you'll adapt to project deadlines, installations, and occasional on-site work. Participation in a 24/7 IT stand-by rotation is part of the role.
  • A valid driver's license B is needed for travel to data centers and multiple office locations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows Remote Desktop?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

  • Added advantage for Certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional or ITIL
  • No prior experience is required for this IT Support role
  • Good general understanding of Microsoft Remote Desktop, ITSM, Microsoft Office 365
  • Understanding of operating systems, software applications and hardware Windows Desktop and Server, Laptops, Servers, Network equipment (Cisco, Meraki, Barracuda)/li>
  • Must speak and write English fluently, preferably also another language (Dutch, German, Spanish)
