As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are looking for a talented and passionate Data Executive to join our central Data & Intelligence team.
As a Data Executive, you will support a growing portfolio of events across 5 regions - UK, France, Iberia, Italy and Algeria - as part of a central services function. You will work closely with sales leaders and sales teams, making sure they have the exhibitor data they need, structured and ready to use throughout the sales cycle., * Preparing, cleaning and maintaining exhibitor and prospect data across multiple databases and systems
- Building and updating targeted lists and segments in Salesforce so that sales teams can approach the right companies and contacts at the right time
- Managing data imports and exports between Salesforce, Tableau and other systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Helping to create clear, easy-to-use views and dashboards (primarily in Tableau) that help sales teams track their pipelines and activity
- Monitoring data quality (e.g. duplicates, missing fields, inconsistent formats) and carrying out regular data hygiene tasks
- Supporting sales campaigns with timely data pulls, selections and updates, based on criteria agreed with commercial managers
- Assisting with basic reporting on campaign and pipeline performance, highlighting key numbers for sales leaders
- Liaising with external data providers where needed, making sure specifications are clear and data is delivered on time and to the required standard., * Daily use of Salesforce (CRM) to manage and segment exhibitor and prospect data
- Tableau to create and update dashboards and reports for sales teams
- SQL would be a plus (for more advanced data extraction and manipulation), but is not essential

The Data & Intelligence team plays a fundamental role in Easyfairs. Covering a portfolio of events across 5 regions (UK, France, Iberia, Italy and Algeria) and sitting within the central Marketing Intelligence & Technology (MIT) team, this is the ideal position for someone looking to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.
The focus of this role is to work with exhibitor data: preparing, segmenting and delivering accurate, ready-to-use data to our sales teams at the right moments in their campaigns. Your work will help them target the right companies and contacts, have better conversations, and ultimately grow revenue.
The ideal candidate for this role needs excellent and consistent attention to detail, with the ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure. This position will be based in our Twickenham office and report to the Head of Data & Intelligence. The role is hybrid: typically 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote once probation has been successfully completed., * A recent graduate or an individual with early-career office experience, with a background of using Excel and data analysis
- Experience working with data in Salesforce and/or another CRM system (training will be provided, but familiarity is a strong advantage)
- Confidence working with data in Excel (sorting, filtering, lookups, basic formulas)
- Meticulous and consistent attention to detail, whilst working at speed
- Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure, particularly when supporting live sales campaigns
- Curiosity - the desire to understand how sales teams use data and how you can make their lives easier
- Clear focus and accuracy when working with repetitive tasks and large volumes of data
- Fluent English and high standards of communication and organisation
- High levels of energy, a positive attitude and commitment.
Experience with Tableau and/or SQL would be an advantage, but we are also open to candidates who can demonstrate strong data skills and a willingness to learn these tools quickly.
