Job description
We are looking for a motivated, meticulous, diligent and organised person to join the Asset Reliability team as a part-time (two days a week) Technical Administrator, assisting the team with administrative activities associated with our asset monitoring systems.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- maintaining accurate data within our Event Duration Monitoring (EDM) system
- weekly checks of alarms and equipment performance
- requesting reactive maintenance when equipment is not performing correctly
- reviewing job feedback
- updating the asset register and corporate databases
- liaison with the Asset Reliability team and/or managers
- providing monthly reports and updates, including an annual performance review of EDM equipment, eg, communication/data uptime and excessive alarms
- being a point of contact for EDM queries.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have experience in technical administration? Are you competent in Microsoft Excel and quick to learn? To be successful, you will have excellent administration skills and be a confident communicator across all levels.
