Job description
This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of CoolKit's database systems and providing administrative support to the Quoting Co-ordinator. The Database Administrator ensures that all data related to customers, quotations, and orders is up-to-date, consistent, and easily accessible, enabling smooth quoting and operational processes.
By supporting the Quoting & Technical team, this role helps deliver a seamless customer experience through efficient data management and reliable administrative assistance.

What will I be responsible for?
- Database Management
Maintain and update customer, quotation, and order data in the company's systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Quality & Integrity
Conduct regular checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the database.
- Administrative Support
Assist the Quoting Co-ordinator with administrative tasks, including preparing documentation, reports, and data summaries.
- Cross-Department Support
Provide accurate data to internal teams (Sales, Technical, Operations) to enable smooth workflow and decision-making.
- Reporting
Generate and distribute reports as required to support quoting and operational activities.
Process Improvement Suggest improvements to data management and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sage?, You will be an experienced accounts administrator with exceptional attention to detail. You will be able to work across all facets of the business so will have good interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload accordingly is imperative in this role, so good organisational skills are required.
You will be computer literate and have good skills in Microsoft office packages, specifically Word and Excel. Ideally you will have experience working with Sage.
An accounting qualification is advantageous.
