Job description
- Analyse large datasets and create impactful data visualisations.
- Present insights via dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Work flexibly across multiple projects with varying requirements.
- Provide expert advice on MI, analytics, and data visualisation.
- Drive improvements in reporting and dashboards; familiarity with data warehousing is a plus.
- Scope stakeholder requirements and build intuitive dashboards.
- Maintain governance, documentation, and GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate across PAI and occasionally deputise for a Senior Manager.
Requirements
- Experience working with large datasets and advanced Power BI, Power Query, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) or programming languages (R or SQL).
- Ability to build and present reports with a customer focus, adhering to GDPR.
- Skilled in data storytelling to support strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to explain complex data clearly.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborative and proactive, able to handle multiple projects while learning continuously.
Desirable
- Experience with accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with HR/people data.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data modelling (flows, relationships, star schemas).
