Job description

We're looking for a Global Business Intelligence Senior Manager to elevate performance management across our markets. This role ensures our global and local teams have trusted data, clear analysis, and consistent reporting to drive confident, insight led decisions across Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Innovation, Supply Chain and Finance.

You'll lead global stewardship of market and consumer data, manage executive level insight requests, and deliver demand signals into Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You will also shape our global technology and AI capability roadmap ensuring scalable, automated, and future ready BI infrastructure.

What You'll Deliver

  • A globally aligned BI strategy with consistent definitions, automated reporting, and high quality data governance.
  • Integrated market, consumer, ecommerce and digital data to create a unified global performance narrative.
  • Executive ready analysis, insight, and storytelling to support strategic choices.
  • Strong full funnel media & ecommerce analytics, case studies, and KPI tracking.
  • Consumer demand insights and market signals to support IBP, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • A phased technology and AI roadmap spanning reporting automation, agent management, LLM training, and knowledge management.

Requirements

Do you have experience in AI?, * Significant experience in BI, Analytics or CMI within consumer healthcare, FMCG, or similar sectors.

  • Global/regional experience with senior leader exposure; comfortable navigating a matrix.
  • Expertise in governance, reporting automation, and working with large, complex datasets.
  • Deep knowledge of Nielsen/Circana, Kantar, ecommerce, digital and social data.
  • Strong skills in AI driven analytics, agent management, and prompt engineering.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling, and project/supplier leadership.
  • Curious, pragmatic, and improvement focused with the ability to balance long term enablement with day to day delivery.
