Join Equans and take the lead in setting governance and performance standards for IT projects in a dynamic and complex environment. As IT PMO you ensure every project delivers value and aligns with business goals, while working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Your Equans base: Brussels Zoom on the job:
- establish and improve project management methodologies, standards, tools and templates, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices
- oversee the IT project portfolio, coordinate resources and monitor progress, risks, dependencies and inter-project impacts
- create and deliver project status reports, dashboards and KPIs for management and stakeholders
- facilitate risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes across IT projects
- lead continuous improvement initiatives, promote digital tools and agile practices
- coach and train project managers and teams
Requirements
- minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management and PMO roles
- certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Agile Scrum Master
- expertise in PMO governance and portfolio management in IT environments
- knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- experience in change management, multicultural and cross-functional teams
- familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow SPM, MS DevOps
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage complexity and foster collaboration
- fluent in English, Dutch and French, Master (University or Higher Education Long Type) At least 2 years experience Dutch, English, French
