Our client manages individual change measures as well as holistic transformation projects from strategy development and implementation into processes to the implementation of modern IT solutions., At our client, you will take on responsibility in international projects and actively shape complex SAP transformation processes. You will specifically contribute your experience - from strategic consulting to the implementation of innovative solutions for clients in the financial sector. You will work on an equal footing with decision-makers and continuously develop services and your own profile. In the team, you will take on various tasks, including:

• (Partial) Project Management: Support and control of medium to large transformation projects in the S/4HANA Finance area, especially for banks, insurance companies, and in Wealth & Asset Management, as well as internal technical leadership.
• Requirements Analysis: Evaluation and optimization of business requirements and processes for banks and insurance companies.
• SAP Implementation: Introduction of SAP solutions including roadmaps and Target Operating Models.
• Strategic Consulting: Sparring partner for CFOs, CROs, and CIOs in key decisions.
• Acquisition: Co-design of service offerings and active participation in project acquisition.

• Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in the financial environment, including several years in the SAP Finance S/4 HANA environment with proven experience in leading SAP implementation projects.
• Extensive know-how in SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA Finance in the FI/CO and AP/AR modules.
• Very good English language skills, strong leadership and communication skills, as well as international project experience and willingness to travel are also required.
