Job description

What you'll do
- Active role in the global KNAUF IT transformation, driving developments, rollouts, upgrades, and optimizations of Pricing & Sales in SAP ECC and S/4HANA
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning and set-up, testing, and go-live.
- Governance of budget, milestones, and customer satisfaction through structured planning, control, and reporting
- Functional leadership and stakeholder engagement across IT Business Analysts (m/f/d), Application Consultants (m/f/d), Software Engineers (m/f/d), Quality Engineers (m/f/d), key users and vendors; supporting change and adoption management
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by refining project management processes, methods, and standards while identifying new technologies to enhance SAP Pricing & Sales solutions, We all shape our lives individually. Requirements
- Proven track record of several years leading complex IT projects, ideally SAP Pricing & Sales implementations in multinational industrial organizations (in-house or external)
- Deep experience with SAP processes (SD, FI/CO) and with complex, highly integrated processes and IT solutions; target-group-oriented communication
- Proficiency with process and project management tools and methods (ServiceNow, Jira, Scrum, SAFe), ideally supported by relevant certifications
- Goal- and detail-oriented working style; collaborative team mindset with a balanced can-do mentality and entrepreneurial thinking; strong communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills across IT and business at all levels
- Fluency in English with German or other languages preferred; willingness for regular global travel to KNAUF sites
