Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Solution Specialist, you will engage with Small and Medium-sized companies, leveraging your technical and communication skills to make a tangible impact. Your role will involve:

• Maximising up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.

• Presenting Cloud solutions that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives.

• Providing technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs.

• Delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.

• Auditing and confirming implementation requirements and pricing calculations.

• Demonstrating technical and business solutions to customers via Teams.

• Conducting group and one-on-one training sessions across the Centre.

This role is ideal for individuals who are proficient or bilingual in Flemish and fluent in English, with 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience. A minimum Fundamentals certification is required. Candidates should have:

• Broad knowledge of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.

• Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solutions.

• A proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• A passion for cloud computing technologies and emerging trends.

Enjoy a full-time permanent Spanish contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00). Relocation support is available to help you start your new life in Spain. The role offers a competitive base salary of 36,000 euros gross/year plus a bonus of up to 6,000 euros gross/year, along with private medical insurance.
