Scrum Master / Project Manager Madrid International Project

• Implementing Scrum best practices You contribute to the architecture and technical design of our solutions.
• Leading ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective).
• Setting, measuring, and tracking performance indicators (velocity, burn-down chart, etc.)
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders (technical teams, business teams, management)
• Encouraging transparency within the team regarding task status and sprint progress.
• Collaborating with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is clear, prioritized, and ready for each sprint.
• Supporting teams in adopting the Agile mindset.
• Ensuring consistency and progress of all sprints and delivery of sprint deliverables.
• Prioritizing and coordinating actions to remove blockers by involving the right internal or external stakeholders.
• Configuring Azure DevOps to track sprint progress: dashboards, kanban, etc.
• Planning and optimizing resource allocation (vacations, backups, etc.), coordinating teams, and ensuring skill development according to sprint objectives
• Producing KPIs.

• Agility: Mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proven experience in IT project management; mastery of tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Budget and risk management: Ability to manage budgets and anticipate risks.
• Leadership and communication: Ability to bring teams together, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Rigor and autonomy, initiative, curiosity, service-oriented mindset, and sense of priorities.
• Ability to step back and propose innovative solutions.
• Functional knowledge in distribution, transportation or travel domains is a plus.
