• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineeringor a related field.
• Minimum of15years' experience insystems engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Automotive Ethernet Connectivity and Networking
• Extensive experienceof engaging with industry working groups
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and both independent and team-oriented work ethics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with effective teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrateability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
• Automotive Tier1 or OEM experiencein the area ofEthernet connectivityand Networkinghighly desirable
