Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to play a key role in the management and continuous improvement of our HR information systems. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of people data, while providing meaningful insights that support effective decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with HR, IT, and external system providers, you will optimise system performance, support enhancements and upgrades, and provide expert guidance and support to HR users. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented HRIS professional who enjoys solving problems, managing data, and contributing to efficient, compliant, and forward-thinking HR operations.
What you'll be doing…
- Analyse, configure, and maintain HR systems to meet business needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for resolutions
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support decision-making
- Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing
- Provide training and ongoing support to HR users on system functionalities
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain data integrity
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, * Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Knowledge of data protection legislation (GDPR)
