Desktop VIP Support Specialist ( windows & macos)

We are looking for a DSS Support Engineer with strong Windows and macOS experience to provide high-quality onsite support in a Central London location., * Provide Desktop Support Services (DSS) for Windows and macOS environments

• Deliver VIP / Executive support
• Handle escalated issues from the Service Desk
• Manage high call volumes during peak times
• Support print services and related troubleshooting
• Ensure quick resolution with excellent customer service

• Mandatory: DSS experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS
• Experience handling escalations and VIP users
• Exposure to print services
• Ability to work onsite and take calls during high call flow
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
