Job description
As an IT Build Factory Administrator, you will support a variety of activities that contribute to the seamless functioning of our Build Factory. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manual Handling: Safely transporting materials to desks and installation locations.
- Assembly: Unpacking and assembling PC equipment in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Configuration: Setting up PCs from our central image build server using clear instructions.
- Commissioning: Ensuring equipment is fully operational and ready for use.
- Packaging: Preparing hardware for dispatch, ensuring everything is secure and organized.
- Cleanup: Responsible disposal of packing materials and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Conduct health and safety risk assessments of your work activities.

Install Windows images and necessary software on hardware.

Perform checks to verify successful builds and software installations.

Repackage hardware for delivery to various sites.

Serve as a technical liaison with IT staff and assist with customer inquiries.

Manage asset records and data entry into various applications (training provided).

Liaise with logistics partners to coordinate deliveries and collections.

Requirements
