Job description

A growing and dynamic MSP supporting over 60 clients is looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to develop their technical skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You'll be the first point of contact for client issues, logging and resolving tickets, and escalating more complex problems to senior engineers., * Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing system

  • Resolve issues across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (WiFi, connectivity)
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding and permissions
  • Support VoIP, CloudAlly backups, and simple data restores
  • Maintain documentation in IT Glue and follow SOPs

Requirements

  • Experience in a 1st Line / Service Desk role (MSP ideal)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware/software
  • Good communication and customer-service skills
