Workday Data Lead

Seeking an experienced Workday Data Lead to play a pivotal role in a large-scale Workday implementation - the requirement is for someone who has proven experience working on several Workday implementations.

As well as leading data workstreams across the Workday programme, this will also be a very hands-on position which will take ownership of data migration activities - there will be a lot of work which is extracting data out of Legacy systems through cleansing, transformation, mapping and loading into Workday.

Workday Data Lead, key experience & skills:

• Extensive experience leading data workstreams on multiple Workday implementations
• Strong technical, data background - migration and technical data roles
• Extracting and transforming HR and Payroll data from Legacy systems
• Expertise in data mapping for migration
• Advanced SQL skills and experienced with ETL processes
• Excellent understanding of Workday data structures
• Ability to work with non-technical and senior stakeholders
