Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid first-line experience who enjoys user-facing support and wants the security and progression of a long-term role. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal users, ensuring a high level of service and quick resolution of IT issues. Responsibilities include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Supporting users across Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- User account management including password resets, group membership, and onboarding/offboarding
- Troubleshooting Windows desktop and application issues
- Logging and updating tickets with clear documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 1st line IT support or service desk role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with Active Directory user administration
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Well organised with a proactive approach to problem solving
