Job description

RM Recruit are proud to be working with an excellent organisation based in Stratford-Upon-Avon who are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Support Manager to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis working 22.5 hours per week. This role is based onsite with some flexibility to work from home.

You will play a key role in the effective operation and development of our organisation. This is a varied and strategic position requiring a broad skill set, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The post holder will be responsible for managing core business support functions, including IT systems, operational coordination, compliance, and contract management. You will work closely with senior leaders and external partners to ensure systems, processes, and governance arrangements are robust, efficient, and compliant., * Manage and oversee the organisation's IT systems, ensuring they are effective, secure, and fit for purpose

  • Lead on systems development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data protection requirements
  • Coordinate operational activities to support the smooth running of the organisation
  • Lead on lease, contract, and tender management, including procurement processes and supplier relationships
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure strong governance and risk management practices

Requirements

  • Proactive self-starter with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across a range of functions.
  • Experience managing IT systems and supporting systems development
  • A strong understanding of legal, compliance, and data protection requirements
  • Experience in contract, lease, and tender management
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A commitment to improving systems, processes, and ways of working
