Program Manager - Finance Technology Migration - London (Hybrid) -CONTRACT-

We are currently looking for a Migration Lead/Technical Program Manager for a long-term engagement with a major global financial markets infrastructure and data provider., * End-to-end program management of migration initiatives.

• Coordinating between business, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
• Managing project governance, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Providing strategic technology recommendations and ensuring successful knowledge transfer.

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology migration or platform modernization programs.
• Strong background in Financial Services, ideally with exposure to capital markets domains (eg, trading systems, market data/analytics, post-trade, risk).
• Solid technical understanding to bridge business and engineering teams (eg, cloud architecture, data platforms, APIs).
• Excellent stakeholder management with experience in highly regulated environments.
