IT Deskside Support

A global consultancy firm is looking for an EUC engineer to join their team and become a kay player in a high profile project delivering IT support to corporate colleagues internally. The primary focus of the role will be around building, configuring and deploying winos 11 across the entire IT estate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a specialist who thrives in a dynamic, face-to-face environment and takes pride in delivering a "best-of-breed" user experience.

As an EUC engineer you will have the following core responsibilities

• Set up and install Windows 11 on new HP and Microsoft laptops and desktops.
• Provide IT hardware and software support face to face and remotely
• Keep an updated record off all IT inventory and Assets
• Help colleagues get up to speed with their new devices and share tips with the wider IT team.
• Provide high-quality, professional support to senior managers and key stakeholders

• Expertise in window 10 and 11
• Hands on experience with SCCM, Microsoft intune and Autopilot
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks
• Prior experience of working in a corporate environment

4 Months Contact | £200 a day inside IR35 | 5 days onsite (Newark)
