Job description
For our client in the financial sector, we are seeking an experienced Product Owner (m/f/d) to lead digital products in the areas of Customer Experience, Analytics, and MarTech within an agile environment (Scrum). You will provide technical leadership to an agile team and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within the banking sector.
Your future tasks:
- Responsibility for the product vision, roadmap and the entire product lifecycle in the digital environment
- Creation, prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog in close collaboration with the Scrum team
- Analysis of business requirements and translation into actionable user stories and epics
- Close collaboration with stakeholders from business, IT, marketing and sales
- Use and further development of solutions based on the Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Real-Time CDP)
- Ensuring the value maximization of implemented features through data-driven decisions (Analytics & MarTech)
- Planning and moderation of Scrum meetings (e.g. refinements, reviews) in collaboration with the Scrum Master and development team
- Continuous optimization of customer journeys and digital touchpoints, including KPIs and reporting.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Demonstrable professional experience as a Product Owner, ideally in agile teams using Scrum.
- Current and practical experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or individual modules such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or Adobe Real-Time CDP
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent knowledge of agile methods (Scrum) and stakeholder management
- Strong technical understanding in the digital marketing and analytics environment (MarTech, Customer Experience, Data-Driven Marketing)
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work with strong decision-making and implementation skills.
- Strong communicator, team-oriented personality with a high level of customer and business orientation.
- Experience with analytics and MarTech platforms is an advantage.
