Job description

The Unison team is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our business. This role is ideal for new graduates, candidates who didn't complete a degree, or early-career professionals (0-4 years' experience) who are confident with computers and motivated to learn. What you'll do Data Collection & CRM Collect data accurately from various internal/external sources and enter it into the CRM.Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to data entry and records management. Data Quality & Governance Organize and maintain datasets in a structured database environment.Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data through regular updates and data cleansing.Follow GDPR and internal data handling procedures at every stage. Team Support & Communication Answer data queries from the team and update records as required.Proactively contact government entities to request information, track responses, and document outcomes.Identify and engage the right contacts within public authorities using structured research methods.Maintain a professional, courteous approach in all interactions. Tracking & Reporting Monitor progress toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Help prepare basic reports and status updates. Adaptability Perform other duties assigned by Unison Site Management as our needs evolve.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Computer skills?, No degree required (a relevant degree is a plus).Suitable for 0-4 years of experience; first professional role welcome. Skills & Attributes Strong computer literacy; quick to learn new tools/systems.Intermediate Excel (sorting/filtering, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).Detail-conscious with a high standard of accuracy.Clear written and verbal communication.Able to organize your own workload and meet deadlines.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.Professional attitude, positive mindset, and problem-solving skills.Ability to switch effectively between German and English.
