As a Product Owner, you'll lead by example, aligning business goals with technology and collaborating seamlessly with agile teams and stakeholders:
Take Ownership: Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog to ensure the most valuable features are delivered.
Translate Needs into Action: Transform business requirements into user stories that guide development teams to deliver tangible outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring a clear understanding of business priorities.
Drive Value: Ensure the most business-critical and high-value items are addressed first.
Stakeholder Communication: Decide on successful deliveries, evaluate outputs, and ensure solutions meet the needs of internal and external clients.
Lead Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging trends, develop thought leadership materials (e.g., articles), and represent Capco in industry.
Requirements

Experience & Background:
First experience as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and proven ability to manage iterative development processes.
Key Skills:
Fully fluent in both English and Dutch (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams and communities.
Decisive, analytical mindset with a customer-first focus.
Proven expertise in prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivering on time with high quality.
