About the company

We're looking for a Digital Trainer/Change Analyst to support the training and change elements of key digital projects, including EmPoweR, our programme to deliver a full Electronic Patient Record to our acute services.The role can be based at either Conquest Hospital, St Leonards or Eastbourne DGH with the requirement to travel cross-site and work from both acute and community locations.Main duties of the jobIn this role you will work with Trust staff to ensure that the training provided on our digital systems is of a high standard, with responsibility for the delivery of training scripts and manuals.You will ensure that staff engage in effective change management processes to enable the delivery of identified benefits from clinical and non-clinical digital systems.Youwill have responsibility to provide feedback and information on systems as necessary in order to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation.
