  • Provide clear guidance on completing job descriptions, person specifications and preparation for JDQs.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, approach and expectations across the organisation.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work in partnership with Job Evaluators to plan briefings, JDQ workshops and key touchpoints.
  • Chase progresses throughout the evaluation cycle to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate meetings, document actions, monitor delivery and keep all stakeholders fully updated.

Quality Assurance & Data Management

  • Quality - assure all submitted information to reduce delays and minimise Requests for Additional Information (RFAIs).
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised project documentation, ensuring all evidence is stored in an auditable format.
  • Update RoleMapper, OneNote and other tracking tools as required.

Reporting & Performance

  • Provide weekly performance updates to the Programme Liaison and Performance Lead, highlighting risks, delays or concerns.
  • Escalate emerging issues to Senior Job Evaluators promptly and appropriately.

Teamwork & Stakeholder Support

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Support the wider Job Evaluation Team to ensure collective success within a high-pressure, high-profile programme of work.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, target-driven team culture.

About You
