Medior Penetration Tester (Red Team)

As a MediorSecurity Engineer (Red Team) at Easi, you will be responsible for leading complex penetration testing projects at our clients. You work autonomously and deliver high-quality security audits. You will analyse and optimise methodologies, tools and workflows, and take the lead in advising clients on security strategies and solutions. As a senior profile, you play an important role in the development of less experienced colleagues within the team and contribute to their training and growth., As an experienced pentester, you will be responsible for independently performing and leading the following tasks:

• Perform thorough penetration tests to discover vulnerabilities in various IT technologies, such as mobile applications, web applications, APIs, IoT, network infrastructures and operating systems.
• Guiding clients in improving their security measures and advising on appropriate solutions to protect confidential data, applications and systems.
• Advise clients on security issues when their IT technologies change.
• Perform red teaming assignments, including reconnaissance and mimicking tactics and techniques of cyber attackers to test the resilience of organisations.
• Develop custom attack scenarios, such as phishing, social engineering, physical penetrations and compromise of critical systems.
• Support and guide junior consultants in their projects.
• Report on security test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Continuously improve our methodology through research and development.

Do you have experience in Nessus?, Do you have deep expertise in cyber security and are you an expert in the latest offensive tactics and techniques? Then this senior role is for you!, * Minimum 3 years' experience in penetration testing and/or red teaming, including technical security testing of various platforms, operating systems and networks.

• In-depth knowledge of security tools such as Burp Suite Pro, sqlmap, Nessus, Kali Linux and exploitation tools such as Metasploit and Veil.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch or English, both oral and written.
• You are able to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment., * In-depth experience in reverse engineering and malware analysis.
• Certifications such as CRTO, CRTE, CRTP, OSCP or similar.
• Experience in commercial projects and customer contact at strategic level.
• Multilingualism (French is a plus).
• Additional relevant certifications at senior level.
