Job description
This is what we expect of you:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs.
- Translate business requirements into high-level diagrams and flows.
- Work closely with UX teams, architects, and technical leads.
- Validate early prototypes and provide continuous feedback during development.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and proactive action-taking.
- Oversee the handover to the operations team and track documentation.
- Propose product roadmap features (> 3 months) and manage short-term backlogs (< 3 months).
- Work alongside development teams to ensure production-ready releases.
- Prioritise the backlog, in agreement with the Product Manager
- Write the technical specifications: divide features into User Stories & Cases (US), to guarantee the needs are properly implemented in the product.
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, * Passion for the Accounts Payable/Receivable and Documents industry.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the domain, within e-invoicing or accounting.
- Experience working with development teams.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Hands-on mentality and ownership of tasks. You like to take initiative!
- Effective verbal and written communication (English/Dutch; French is a plus)
- You are a natural leader and you have strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Experience with translating requirements into rules related to e-invoicing formats to be implemented by the development teams
- Be able to dive in to (government) specifications around e-invoicing ranging from file formats, apis and protocols and extract what needs to be done to get to a compliant solution
- Be able to bridge the gap between functional requirements and technological realities to find pragmatic solutions
- Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Draw, XML Spy, Postman, Aha, Jira etc.
