The Software Developer - Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 role at Porsche Engineering Romania plays a key role in the company's digitalization transformation. Working in a SAFe environment, the role delivers business applications and process automation using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, enabling scalable, data-driven, and AI-ready solutions. By translating business requirements into high-quality digital solutions, the role supports efficient processes, system integration, and innovation across the organization, * You design, develop, and maintain business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

• You build and enhance both model-driven and canvas Power Apps that align with business requirements.
• You develop and configure Dynamics 365 solutions, working with out-of-the-box capabilities as well as custom extensions.
• You implement business process automation with Power Automate, including integrations with D365 and external systems.
• You design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision making.
• You support data and document migration activities for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• You participate in requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• You collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in a SAFe/Agile environment.
• You ensure solution quality, security, performance, and maintainability by following best practices.
• You provide technical input, documentation, and support throughout the solution lifecycle.
• You act as a trusted technical contributor for customers and internal stakeholders.

• You have successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent education
• You have at least 2-5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365
• You have hands-on experience with Power Apps (model-driven and/or canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• You are experienced in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365, whether on-premises or in the cloud.
• You have a solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and system integrations.
• You have worked with Dynamics 365 integrations and data exchange between systems.
• You are familiar with licensing concepts for both the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• You can explain technical solutions in clear, business-friendly language.
• You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• You speak English fluently, and German is considered an advantage.
• You communicate effectively, collaborate well in teams, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality engineering services to customers.
• You are willing to travel when required.
