Job description
As a Junior Developer, you will grow your skills while supporting the design and development of business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and learn hands-on in an Agile environment.
What to expect?
- Support the creation and maintenance of business applications using Power Apps (model-driven and/or canvas)
- Help build simple automations and workflows in Power Automate
- Assist in configuring and extending Dynamics 365 solutions
- Contribute to designing and updating Power BI dashboards and reports
- Participate in data preparation and migration activities for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse
- Join requirements discussions and help translate business needs into solution concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams within a SAFe/Agile setup
- Follow best practices to ensure quality, security, and maintainability
- Prepare documentation and provide basic technical support under guidance
Requirements
- You have completed or are close to completing a Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or a related field
- You have some exposure (projects, internships, university work, or certificates) to Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365
- You are eager to learn Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 configuration/customization
- Basic understanding of data concepts (data models, ETL, integrations) is a plus
- You are interested in learning how systems integrate and how data flows between applications
- You communicate clearly and can explain technical ideas in a simple, business-friendly way
- You are organized, proactive, and motivated to grow your technical skills
- You speak English fluently; German is an advantage
- You enjoy working in teams and are committed to delivering high-quality work
- You are willing to travel occasionally, if needed
