As part of our growing Business Intelligence (BI) team, we are seeking a skilled Power BI Solutions Specialist to support our data strategy and deliver impactful dashboards and reports. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the FI group to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.

- Design, build, and maintain visually compelling, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Transform raw data into clean, structured and meaningful datasets.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and usability of BI solutions.
- Support the Product Owner - Business Intelligence with ongoing data projects and process improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Provide documentation, training, and user support.
- Promote best practices and foster a data-driven culture.
Data Integration & Governance
- Connect Power BI to various data sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Support data governance initiatives and documentation standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor report usage and gather feedback for enhancements.
- Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Contribute to the BI strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Quality control?, Essential
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualisation.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and visual storytelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and consistency in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a flexible, collaborative mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.
- Right to live and work in the UK, with ability to travel when required.
Desirable
- Familiarity with data governance, quality control, and documentation practices.
- Microsoft Power BI certification
- An understanding of the education, apprenticeships, or training sectors.
