Work Mode: 5 days Work From Office (mandatory)OverviewThe Infrastructure Project Manager will lead and deliver complex IT Infrastructure projects in a global environment. The role is responsible for ensuring delivery within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters, while adhering to governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full lifecycle IT Infrastructure projects: design, build, test, implementation, and transition to BAU (Business As Usual).Develop and manage project plans, estimates, budgets, and schedules.Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and quality reviews.Coordinate with cross-functional, virtual, and third-party teams.Provide out-of-hours support during critical implementation phases, as required.Skills & CompetenciesProven experience delivering medium to large IT Infrastructure projects.Strong
Requirements
knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and operational methodologies.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Experience managing virtual and cross-country teams.Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification preferred.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.5-10 years of project management experience.Experience in Consumer Finance / Banking is a plus.Certified Project Manager preferred.Vision_PLUS experience strongly preferred.Willingness to travel internationally, if required.Additional Information5 days onsite work is mandatory.Fully visa-independent candidates only.
