Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and confident delivery professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role requires an excellent communicator who can confidently navigate shifting priorities and maintain alignment across multiple stakeholders. You will act as the key link between business objectives and technical delivery, ensuring that development teams are focused on the right priorities at the right time. This role is centred on managing the what, when and who, rather than the technical how., + Alignment & Delivery: Ensure development teams, senior stakeholders and wider business functions remain aligned and focused as priorities evolve.

  • Change Management: Translate changing business requirements into clear plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Dependency Coordination: Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure work is effectively sequenced.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations through clear, concise updates tailored to different audiences, highlighting risks early.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance delivery processes pragmatically, encouraging efficiency, transparency, and shared ownership without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Requirements

  • Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable operating in dynamic environments with frequently changing priorities.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams effectively.
  • Outcome-Driven: Focused on delivering tangible business value from project initiation through to completion.
  • Technically Aware: Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, without needing deep technical involvement.
  • Proven Delivery Experience: Demonstrated success in planning and delivering software or digital projects.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipates challenges, identifies bottlenecks, and takes action to maintain progress.
  • Qualifications (Desirable): Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum Master are advantageous but not essential.
