Job description
As a Service Integration Manager, you will have experience in IT service performance monitoring, supporting the Head of Service Management in developing and maintaining KPI's for the overall service, provided by the digital information function and you will formulate SLA's and OLA's, based on underpinning requirements. You will analyse and identify opportunities for service performance improvements, whilst delivering concise reports and communication to the Service Management team and stakeholders, giving insights and recommendations in order to improve the service performance. And you will support the Head of Service Management in the design and implementation of a robust IT service management model.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analytics and IT service delivery using the ITIL framework
- Experience of delivering IT services in line with requirements into business critical operations
- Experience in setting and managing SLAs/KPIs and performance management
- Considerable understanding of service monitoring tools and technologies
- Good understanding of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
