Job description

As a Technical Program Manager within the Technology team, you will lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology programs that drive our key objectives. You will establish frameworks for technical program management and connect with the wider Program Management Chapter to set standards. You will work closely with senior leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and alignment with business goals. Your role will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement., * Lead and manage large-scale technology programs from inception to launch

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
  • Establish and improve standards for program management within the technology domain
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define program scope and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Guide program decisions using technical knowledge and challenge engineering planning
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Oversee program execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Implement best practices in program management, including Agile methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in technical program management, delivering complex technology programs
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and program management best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of software development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience implementing Agile practices in large organizations
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry
