As a Functional Service Consultant at delaware, you will work on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition for a diverse range of customers and business cases. This means your day-to-day work will bring variety, whether you focus on Finance, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, or Logistics Execution., You will use your functional knowledge to support and improve customer processes within SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition.
Depending on your background, you will focus on Finance, Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, or Logistics Execution, while also working on cross-functional topics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and analyzing tickets from customers
- Solving incidents and identifying the root cause of issues in the S/4HANA Public Cloud environment
- Handling service requests and translating them into concrete solutions
- Exploring new S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition features and presenting their relevance to customers
- Supporting customers during bi-annual release testing to ensure continuity and quality
- Implementing new features as part of ongoing service contracts
- Collaborating with technical colleagues to deliver complete end-to-end solutions

Requirements
Even if your background is in S/4HANA Private Cloud or on-premise SAP, your experience translates well into the Public Cloud environment. Being eager to learn and willing to adapt will help you succeed in this role., You are a professional with experience in SAP, either as a consultant or as a key user. Your background can be in Finance & Controlling, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management.
You have solid knowledge of your domain processes. Depending on your expertise, this can include FI/CO processes such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost or Profit Center Accounting, Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay processes, or warehouse and inventory management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is a strong asset. At the same time, experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud or on-premise SAP is equally relevant, as this knowledge translates well into the Public Cloud environment.
You are customer-oriented, proactive, and communicate clearly to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
You are fluent in English and speak Dutch and/or French. You hold a driver's licence and are open to traveling when needed, * Have 5+ years of experience in SAP (Finance, SD, MM, or Logistics Execution), as a consultant or key user
- Have strong knowledge of relevant business processes within your domain
- Have experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud (strong asset), or with S/4HANA Private Cloud or on-premise SAP
- Understand integration points between domains such as SD, MM, Finance, and Logistics
- Are customer-oriented, proactive, and communicate clearly
- Speak English fluently and Dutch and/or French
- Hold a driver's licence and are willing to travel when needed, As an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant, you have proven SAP Logistics experience. You're a professional in the configuration of the TM flow, including planning & execution, charge calculation & settlement, cost distribution VSR, ASR, billing,… Preferably, you combine this experience with basic EWM knowledge to be able to execute the transportation planning in the warehouse, and implement the ASR integration between TM and EWM. Your knowledge and skills reach beyond user experience, as you are comfortable creating documentation or providing support or training.
Being involved in every aspect of the implementation process gives you energy. First, you analyze the needs of your customers and translate them into blueprints and technical designs. Next, you take care of the implementation and configuration processes, and last but not least, you organize training workshops and courses with the customer. From beginning to end, you like to be at the helm, driving your projects forward!
Collaborating with a close-knit team of various colleagues from SAP SD MM, EWM and PP motivates you. It gives you excellent insight into the bigger picture and teaches you plenty of new things. To you, your job is more than translating the customer's current processes into SAP. You use your expertise to question, explore and co-create new processes together with the customer, based upon best practices.
