You will coordinate multiple teams, ensure structured execution, and turn complex technical work into clear plans, risks, decisions and measurable outcomes.

  • Lead Sustainability / ESG tool implementation, including multisite data integrations, reporting improvements and compliance-driven enhancements.
  • Run AI projects in operations and factories
  • Drive end-to-end project execution: scoping, requirements, solution validation, testing, deployment and handover into operations.
  • Maintain strong project governance: timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, budgets, vendors and structured decision making.
  • Use your understanding of data platforms, integrations, analytics and AI to challenge assumptions, guide design choices and reduce delivery risk.
  • Prepare steering packs, status reporting and ensure clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition of solutions into support and BAU environments.

You will be based in Copenhagen within Finance/IT's Data & AI department, reporting to the Senior Director, Data & AI. Expected travel: 10-20 days per year for collaboration with stakeholders and partners.

You are comfortable coordinating several workstreams, adapting to changing priorities, and maintaining a steady pace towards agreed outcomes. You are curious about emerging digital and AI technologies and approach change by enabling people to adopt new processes and tools professionally. Your welcome feedback and use evidence to refine delivery., NKT is committed to developing a diverse organization and culture where people of diverse backgrounds can grow and are inspired to do their best. We are establishing gender diversity at NKT and encouraging all interested candidates to apply - even if you don't tick all the boxes described. We believe that a diverse organization enables long-term performance, and that an inclusive and welcoming culture creates a better work environment.

You will join a collaborative international team with opportunities for professional development, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional learning. Expect access to modern tooling, the chance to shape AI engineering standards, and involvement in impactful use cases that improve product quality, efficiency, and safety. This role offers visibility across NKT's global operations and the space to grow your skills in architecture, governance, and responsible AI.
