Research and gather data to support in-depth analysis and business outcome evaluation. Produce visually engaging and insightful management reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Participate in weekly performance meetings to communicate performance metrics and ensure clear visual representation of data to stakeholders. Promote strong data governance practices and ensure analytical processes meet high standards of rigour and accountability. Deliver clear, concise statistical reporting aligned to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Conduct quality audits on ongoing and completed work, liaising with local data owners to obtain feedback and drive improvements. Ensure timely and accurate submission of comprehensive performance reports. Create process maps to identify and support business improvement opportunities. Experience and Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis, reporting, and effective communication of insights. Strong technical understanding of data development, transformation, and modelling techniques. Proven experience in developing effective data capture and reporting solutions. Demonstrated ability to forecast trends and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
