Job description

transform data from multiple sources to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement across operational contracts. Analyse trends in both performance and compliance data to uncover root causes and guide improvement strategies at a business-wide level. Collaborate closely with the line manager to optimise scheduling and planning efficiency, ensuring operational productivity is maximised. Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders support them in achieving their performance and compliance targets. Conduct quality assurance checks to improve data integrity and accuracy, reducing ambiguity and enhancing reliability in reporting. Research and gather data to support in-depth analysis and business outcome evaluation. Produce visually engaging and insightful management reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Participate in weekly performance meetings to communicate performance metrics and ensure clear visual representation of data to stakeholders. Promote strong data governance practices and ensure analytical processes meet high standards of rigour and accountability. Deliver clear, concise statistical reporting aligned to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Conduct quality audits on ongoing and completed work, liaising with local data owners to obtain feedback and drive improvements. Ensure timely and accurate submission of comprehensive performance reports. Create process maps to identify and support business improvement opportunities. Experience and Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis, reporting, and effective communication of insights. Strong technical understanding of data development, transformation, and modelling techniques. Proven experience in developing effective data capture and reporting solutions. Demonstrated ability to forecast trends and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities. Requirements

PM and experience using BI dashboards for performance tracking. Skilled in data visualisation tools with practical experience in the use and development of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and succinctly to a variety of stakeholders. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.G.
