Job description
The Platforms Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of Molo's outsourced technology platforms.
This position is responsible for;

Investigating and resolving issues across live and test environments;

Supporting ongoing incidents through a structured support desk function, and collaborating with business teams to deliver high-quality solutions;

Preparing and executing test scripts;

Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing documentation to maintain compliance and transparency; and

Providing any necessary platform support to the business.
