Requirements
You will be professional, initiative-taking and have an aptitude for IT. You must possess excellent written, verbal communication and organisational skills.
Salary is dependent on experience, a minimum of 24 months experience in a similar role is required., * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage and operating systems

Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.

Network design, configuration and troubleshooting.

Experience with Wi-Fi technologies, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of perimeter security, including firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and traffic filtering.

Office 365 administration, including Intune, Azure and Entra.

Microsoft products, including Office, Power Apps, SharePoint and Teams.

Patch management using Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools.

Endpoint investigation and remediation.

Understanding of cybersecurity principles
Preferred Technical Skills and Experience

Threat detection and remediation using EDR tools.

Vulnerability and penetration testing, Cyber Essentials auditing.

Hosted Telephony.

Virtualisation technologies, including Hyper-V and VMware

Apple and Linux environments.
Any further certifications in IT an advantage but not essential.
