Act as the main point of contact for IT support, managing suppliers and resolving operational issues Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware lifecycle and system improvements Strengthen digital security practices and support risk mitigation across programmes Manage user access, licensing, and SharePoint structure to ensure efficient data control Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including systems and equipment Support programme operations through contract coordination, inbox management, and regular check-ins
Requirements
Previous experience managing IT systems, suppliers, and digital tools within an organisation Strong understanding of data protection principles and system access management Experience overseeing operational processes across remote or distributed teams Ability to implement and improve systems that support business performance Experience coordinating contracts, suppliers, or operational logistics Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (core hours 10:00am-4:00pm). This is a fully remote role, with travel to London, once per month.
